Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Detail Quoter ("Service") is operated by Ultimate Mobile Detailing LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you ("you", "user") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Detail Quoter provides AI-assisted estimating and quoting tools for auto detailing businesses, including quote generation, PDF exports, and customer-facing approval links.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age in your jurisdiction, and have the authority to bind your business if signing up on its behalf. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account, and you agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to send spam.
  • Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
  • Interfere with or attempt to compromise the Service's security (including malware, probing, scraping, or circumventing rate limits or technical restrictions).
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service without our written consent.

5. Intellectual property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, documentation, and branding. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan. You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

6. AI-generated output

The Service uses AI to draft estimates and suggested line items. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a given vehicle or job. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and adjusting all output before sending it to a customer or relying on it for pricing. The Service is not a substitute for professional judgment and does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.

7. Payment, subscriptions, and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel from the in-app billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. 8. Payment processor

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

9. Service level and warranties

We strive to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete your data after a reasonable export window.

13. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Ultimate Mobile Detailing LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
